Who is Noostro?
Noostro LLC is a professional services company registered in the State of Montana, USA. We provide content creation, B2B campaign management, brand and communication strategy, and business consulting to companies of all sizes.
Where are you based?
Our registered address is in Kalispell, Montana, and is used for legal correspondence and mail. Our team works remotely and meets clients by video call, so we can work with companies in any country.
Which clients do you work with?
B2B companies, startups, e-commerce businesses and small and mid-sized firms, in any country. What they have in common is a product or service that buyers compare carefully before choosing.
Is there work you do not accept?
Yes. We do not work on gambling, adult content, weapons, tobacco or cannabis, cryptocurrency or investment promotions, multi-level marketing, political campaigns, or anything involving misleading health or financial claims. The full list is in our Terms of Service.
Pricing & payment
Why are your prices not on the website?
Because every scope is different. A price list would either overcharge small projects or undercharge complex ones. After a short call we send a written proposal with a fixed fee for each deliverable, free of charge.
How do payments work?
Nothing is invoiced before you accept a written proposal. Projects are billed 50% on acceptance and 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. All invoices are issued in US dollars by Noostro LLC.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (ACH or wire), card payment through a secure Stripe link, and PayPal. We never ask for card details by email or phone.
Do you manage our advertising budget?
We manage the campaigns, but not the money. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to LinkedIn, Google or other platforms with your own payment method. Our invoices cover our fees only.
Working together
Is there a minimum commitment?
Projects have a defined scope and end date. Retainers run month to month and can be ended with 30 days’ written notice after any initial period stated in the proposal.
Who owns the work?
You do. Once the corresponding invoice is paid, all rights in the content, designs and campaign material we create for you are transferred to your company.
Will you sign our NDA?
Yes. We can sign your non-disclosure agreement before the first call, or provide ours. Confidentiality obligations are also part of our standard terms.
How do we communicate?
By email and video call, plus a shared workspace for files and approvals. You receive a written update every week and a report every month.
When is support available?
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Mountain Time (MT). Messages received outside these hours are answered at the next opening.
Can we cancel and get a refund?
Yes, under the conditions set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short, a project cancelled before work starts is refunded in full, and later cancellations are billed only for work already done.
